Mini Interview Cesar Dubroca

César Dubroca, 20 years old from Paris and skating for 8 years.

I ve met this kid a few months ago, in Barcelona, during a session with my friend Ben…
He has a very impressive pop and loves to skate fast, pretty much what it is all about in skateboarding…
If he keeps on going like that, he may get sponsored…just to make him skating even more...

- Ta première vidéo de skate qui t as inspirée ? La forecast est une des première vidéo que j'ai saigner à coup de dvd tout les matins avec mes céréales.
- T'es autres activitées hors skate ? Je suis actuellement aux beaux art de Versailles pour un diplôme d'artistes plasticien en 4ans, au paravant une formation de graphiste.
Ça fais maintenant 5ans que j'ai crée avec mes amis proches un collectif artistique "Mecca". On y mêle l'art en général (graphisme, peinture, tatouage, illustration, street art, photo, vidéo) et le skate. Je suis d'ailleurs entrain de réaliser des graphique de board pour un Skateshop mais je n'en dis pas plus.

- Que pense tu de la nouvelle generation de skaters ? La nouvelle génération de skater est incroyable, elle performe, innove et en constante évolution.
- Connais tu les vieux skaters comme, Karem Campbel, Drake Jones, Pepe Gonzales, Henry Sanchez ? Du bon vieux skate, on leurs doit l'évolution dans le skate, ensuite ma génération commence à être moins renseigner sur les vieux skater, le temps passe.

- Tu te vois faire une carrière dans le skate ? ou seulement un hoby ?
Le skate n'est ni une carrière ni un hobby, c'est ma vie, il fait fonctionner mon cerveau, c'est mon carburant sans lui je serais perdu aujourd'hui. Néanmoins j'aimerais qu'on me donne les moyens d'évoluer correctement dans le skateboard, j'ai toujours galerer avec le matos par manque d'argent et aussi parce que je suis un destructeur haha.
